Order and delivery questions
If your postcard has not arrived within the expected delivery window — 5 to 7 business days within the United States, or approximately 2 to 3 weeks for international addresses — please email us with your order confirmation email address and we will look into it right away. We will reship at no charge or issue a full refund if your postcard was lost or damaged in transit.
Refunds and cancellations
We offer a full refund within 30 days of ordering, no questions asked. If you need a refund, quote the email address you used at checkout when you get in touch and we will process it within one business day. Once a postcard has been dispatched to the printer we cannot cancel the mailing, but we will still honour the refund guarantee.
Technical problems
If you are having trouble recording your voice note, pasting a playlist link, or completing checkout, our support team can walk you through it. Screenshots or a short description of the error message you are seeing will help us solve the problem faster.
